Mission Statement
The mission of Citizens For Our Community, Inc. is the prevention of the establishment of a reservation for the Ho-Chunk Indians on which they will build a casino and entertainment complex that will not be under the government jurisdiction, will be exempt from taxes while increasing the tax burden for this area, and will constitute unfair competition for businesses.

Who Are We?
We are simply a group of concerned citizens from Lynwood and surrounding communities who oppose the proposed Ho-Chunk casino in Lynwood, Illinois.

1. We do not want tribal sovereignty in our community.
2. Sovereignty gives Ho-Chunks' an unfair business advantage.
3. Casino and Gambling will destroy our community.
