Annual Meeting

18-22, 2003 in Washington DC
Meetings
will be held at Capitol Hill Suites 200 C Street, S.E., Washington, DC 20003.
A
meeting room has been reserved at Capitol Hill Suites for Sunday and Monday, May
18 and 19 for the CERA/CERF annual meeting. We are urging attendees to stay
through Thursday so we can visit as many congressional and administration
officials as possible.

Hill Suites is 1-202-543-6000. Special CERA rates will be available until April
18th. The hotel has set aside a number of superior suites which have 2 queen
size beds for $199.00 plus tax per night.
Several folks in the past have stayed at the Hampton Inn (1-800-426-7800), 5821
Richmond Highway, in the Alexandria area. Rooms are in the $105.00 range and
they supply shuttle services to the metro.
Please contact your state congressional delegation to arrange meetings. We will
compile a master schedule of all appointments so we can make the best possible
use of our time. If you have items you want included on the meeting agenda,

There will be a $45.00 registration fee for each organization attending to help
defray expenses.
